Family tradition
Morelli’s began with Antonio and Rosa Morelli, two handwritten recipe books, and a stubborn belief that a pizzeria could feel like home without ever feeling ordinary. Today, the family still ferments dough slowly, buys thoughtfully, and welcomes every table like old friends.

The Morelli story, told in chapters.
1988
Antonio and Rosa open a sixteen-seat pizzeria with a brick oven, family recipes, and a handwritten menu.
2004
The dining room expands, but the dough, sauce, and pasta remain handmade in small batches.
Today
A second generation keeps the oven burning while supporting schools, neighborhood events, and local growers.
